What we did:

1. User Authentication: Implemented a secure login system for users, including patients, doctors, and administrators.

2. User Profiles: Users to create and manage their profiles. Patients should be able to view their medical history, upcoming appointments, and test results.

3. Appointment Scheduling: Patients to schedule appointments for various diagnostic tests such as blood tests, profile tests, etc. Can select preferred dates, times, and specific diagnostic services.

4. Test Catalog: A comprehensive catalog of diagnostic tests available at the center, including descriptions, prices, and any preparation instructions.

5. Online Payments: We Integrated a secure payment gateway( thanks to RazorPay) to allow users to pay for appointments and diagnostic tests online.

6. Doctor Portal: Created a portal for doctors to view scheduled appointments, access patient records, and upload test results.

7. Administrative Dashboard: Developed a dashboard for administrators to manage user accounts, appointments, test schedules, and generate reports.

8. Results Delivery: We implemented a system for delivering test results securely to patients through the platform.

9. Notifications: We also did the set up an automated email and SMS notifications to remind patients of upcoming appointments, confirmations, and delivery of test results.

10. Feedback and Reviews: We Included a feature for patients to provide feedback and reviews about their experiences with the diagnostic center and its services.

11. Mobile Compatibility: This Web-APP is mobile-friendly, allowing users to access it from smartphones and tablets.

12. SEO Optimization: We optimized the website for search engines to increase visibility and attract more users.
