1. Terms and Conditions

If there is any term or condition that prevents you from dealing with us, we will look into it, and if reasonable, we will consider its exclusion as part of our agreement.

You are restricted to forward or post any content on our website that is irritating, illegal, offensive, pornographic, abusive or any material, which may encourage misconduct will be considered an illegal offense from your end. If you violate any of these conditions, terms, agreements then the rights granted to you will end with self-termination. 4. Limitations

In no case shall WPFreelance or its associates be responsible for any losses (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or incapability to use the materials on WPFreelance’s Internet site.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

  • Any cancellation can happen within the same day of the order placement. A 100% advance payment will be refunded.
  • When it comes to canceling an ongoing project, whatever the work has been done you need to pay for that and after that, if there will be any rest amount for the advance payment, that will be refunded.
  • All the refund will be initiated within 3-7 working days. Any kind of delay in this matter can happen only because of technical difficulties.

6. Ethical issues

  • We have the right to decline to provide services that do not agree with our policy or that we judge to be inappropriate due to content. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group or religion orientation, and sites that violate copyright or are against national or local laws.
  • We take a dedicated effort to deliver your work within the time frame mentioned in each package offered by us. But in some very rare cases, if we failed to deliver within the time for any particular reason, you can contact us via email, phone or chat 24×7 hours. It may take some more reasonable time and you please co-operate with us and do agree to give that time for the quality job.
